The program combines flowing yoga sequences, precise full-body workouts at the ballet barre, and an invigorating aqua workout that activates the metabolism and naturally stimulates the lymphatic system and tissue.
Tanja Krodel brought the barre workout from New York to Munich 15 years ago and is one of the most renowned trainers in the German-speaking world, having already designed training programs for personalities such as Barbara Becker, Veronica Ferres, and Heiner Lauterbach.
