In this Pilates week, you will immerse yourself step by step in the world of Pilates. At the center is the powerhouse – the deep musculature of the abdomen, back, and pelvic floor – which forms the foundation for stability, control, and a healthy, upright posture. At the beginning of the week, the focus is on consciously sensing and activating the powerhouse, breathing, and the precise execution of fundamental exercises. Through calm, clear sessions, a stable foundation is created while body awareness, balance, and coordination are enhanced. As the week progresses, this foundation is expanded with a variety of exercises: movement sequences become more dynamic, and your stability, strength, and flexibility are specifically developed – always with a focus on control, quality, and clean execution. The sessions are designed so that both Pilates beginners and participants with prior experience can benefit. Variations, different equipment (Pilates balls, weights), and varying intensity levels allow for individualized training at your own level.
Julia Leeb
is a certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor. With a clear eye for flowing movements, precise guidance, and mindful bodywork, she creates training that has a lasting impact.
