A week of yoga for the whole family – with Anna Rampf

After a break, Anna Rampf is back at STOCK resort to lead a special yoga week tailored to the individual wishes and needs of participants. The varied program combines daily Strala Yoga sessions with workshops, meditation, and mindfulness exercises.
Strala Yoga is a gentle movement practice that combines elements of yoga, tai chi, and Far Eastern healing traditions. It strengthens the body, calms the mind, and promotes flexibility, inner presence, and self-care. By focusing on natural movements, a deep connection to intuition and creativity is created—with noticeable lightness, joy, and gentleness.
The yoga week is open to everyone: whether alone, as a couple, or together with family. Thanks to the loving childcare for children aged 2 and up during the yoga sessions, parents can also participate carefree and recharge their batteries.

Space for personal time out – in silence, in nature or in the wellness area
