Reformer Pilates is a joint-friendly yet challenging workout that strengthens the entire body. With a focus on stability and body awareness, it works deeply, in a controlled manner, and adapts to every fitness level. It is a form of training that has a noticeable effect and promotes lasting strength, posture, and balance.

6:00 p.m. Welcome and introduction to Reformer training
Monday
8:15–9:15 a.m. Alpine Awakening: Focus on strengthening, stability, and conscious alignment
4:00–5:00 p.m. Mindful November Stretch: Gentle, slow stretching of the entire body
Tuesday
8:15–9:15 a.m. Core Control: Targeted strengthening of the entire core muscles
4:00–5:00 p.m.: Evening Mobility Flow Focus on hips, back, and shoulders
Wednesday
8:15–9:15 a.m. Full Body Strength: Strengthening whole-body workout with a focus on controlled, flowing movements
4:00–5:00 p.m. Restoring Reformer: Calm session for letting go, relaxing, and restoring
Thursday
8:15–9:15 a.m. Closing Flow: Strengthening, mobility, and a consciously enhanced body awareness
