In the protected setting of Hotel Hochschober, participants are accompanied by Dr. Anna Maria Cavini with impulses from psychotherapeutic medicine, coaching, and mindfulness. Shared conversations, gentle movement, experiences in nature, and relaxing sessions foster closeness, understanding, and connection.
