Experience how each style has a unique effect on both body and mind. n the “menu” you will find, among others, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Fascia Yoga. Face Yoga will be included in every session. One of Amiena’s greatest strengths is her ability to fully respond to the wishes and needs of the participants. Therefore, the yoga styles for Thursday and Friday will be decided during the course of the week.
