The Art of Barre & Flow is an elegant, energising retreat that blends yoga, barre and aqua training into a balanced programme designed to build strength, grace and vitality – set against a stunning alpine backdrop and suitable for all levels.
The programme blends flowing yoga sequences, precise full-body training at the ballet barre, and an invigorating aqua workout designed to stimulate the metabolism while naturally activating the lymphatic system and connective tissue.
Each session is thoughtfully structured, combining mindful movement with clear, purposeful sequencing. Yoga sets the rhythm through breath-led, flowing movement – calm, focused and grounding. Barre draws inspiration from classical dance, shaping and toning the body through small, controlled and highly effective movements. Aqua training adds lightness and energy – revitalising, yet powerfully effective.
No previous experience is required. This retreat is suitable for anyone wishing to strengthen both body and mind through conscious, well-guided movement.
