You are a:

Guest pamperer: No suitcase is too heavy for you, and you enjoy putting a smile on guests' faces with your strong assistance? 
Parking expert: Whether large or small, mini runabout or luxury limousine... safe parking is one of your great strengths? Then you've come to the right place!
Cool-headed: Do you inspire others with your friendly and professional demeanor? Even in stressful situations, do you keep track of everything and find the right answers to our guests' questions?...

Some of your tasks:

- Welcoming and seeing off guests
- Handling guest luggage on arrival and departure
- Responsible for guest transfers
- Running errands
- Responsible for the safe parking of guests' vehicles
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the hotel entrance, including the parking lots and underground garage
- Checking the hotel technology
- Looking after our guests
- Assisting with the preparation of the seminar room and technology check
- Supporting the organization of events
- Working closely with the reception and housekeeping departments  

Should-haves:

- Good German and English skills; additional language skills are advantageous
- Initial experience in the upscale hotel industry
- Class B driver's license
- Flexible team player
- Enjoy working with people
- Strong service and quality orientation
- High level of discretion and trustworthiness
- Well-groomed appearance and good manners
- Not afraid of physical activity
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
