Water Gymnastics

Water gymnastics comprise stamina and strengthening exercises performed in water. The resistance of the water requires more effort to perform the exercises than on land, making them even more effective. In addition, the temperature of the water influences the reactions of the body. Cold water encourages active movement, while warm water encourages relaxation.
