Personal Trainer

Personal training starts with a check of the state of health and sporting ability of the guest. The trainer then compiles an individual training plan and diet to match exactly the individual needs and wishes of the guest (e.g. losing weight). The trainer offers the guest support during the whole training session, gives tips and suggestions for improvement and provides the necessary motivation. Training focusses on health and physical fitness but also includes other aspects of life, such as diet, relaxation and reduction of stress.
