Cardio Training

Cardio or endurance training comprises connected move sequences performed for 30 minutes or longer – standard types of sport are cycling or Nordic walking. Different levels of intensity burn fat and improve stamina and fitness. When exercising to burn fat it is important to ensure that you exercise with a very low pulse rate. As a rule of thumb: the higher your pulse when exercising, the less fat you burn. This is when the body increasingly uses carbohydrates to generate energy since there is “no time” to convert fat. Cardio training also increases or improves the cardiocirculatory and respiratory systems.
