Body Combat

Body combat is a fitness programme combining martial arts and self-defence techniques such as tai chi, taekwondo, karate or kickboxing. All the muscles of the body are strengthened and stamina improved. This combination of martial arts and fitness exercises was developed by Les Mills from New Zealand. This sport includes different types of movements which use all the body’s muscle groups. Generally participants carry out the exercises as a fixed choreography set to fast, rhythmic music.
