The Tyrolean Zugspitze Arena offers you six sensational ski resorts, which can all be reached quickly: 139 km of slopes (including 93 km artificial snow) and 58 lifts are available to you.
Skiing in our ski resorts means variety and unforgettable snow fun. From simple slopes for beginners and families to challenging runs for experienced skiers.
Tyrolean diversity: cosy ski huts, delicious tyrolean kitchen, high qualified skischools, night-skiing, snowparks, freeride slopes..

Hiking

The Tiroler Zugspitze Arena is a beautiful hiking destination. Gentle routes or high peaks never fail to enchant. Enjoy the breathtaking views, glittering mountain lakes and blooming mountain pastures while you hike through our extraordinary Alpine world. Regardless of whether you prefer demanding trails or more relaxed hikes, in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena the choice is big. More than 150 trails are available.

Mountain Biking

The Tiroler Zugspitz Arena is well-known for its diverse bike trails and cycling paths. If you look for challenging tours, our mountains offer demanding trails. You can bike high up to the summits and then enjoy the downhill ride back to the village. If you prefere the more comfortable way, our cableways will carry you and your bike up the mountains.
After a rigourous assessment verified by TÜV and ISO certificated, the Zugspitz Arena was awarded the seal as an approved bike area by “Mountain Bike Holidays”. The region is totally prepared for biking guests, with at least 20 pre-prepared tours and other standards having been met.

Cross Country Skiing

Cross country skiing in the Tiroler Zugspitze Arena is an absolute pleasure. The view of the beautiful the Zugspitze - makes it a memorable experience. Free of charge!
We maintain an over 110 km network of cross-country ski trails, both for classic and freestyle technique. Due to the altitude or artifical snow, snow is guaranteed on some tracks.
Nice highlight: cross-country skiing is also offered at night where you can turn your rounds under the starry sky.
