Tepidarium - regenerating bath

The tepidarium was the warm (tepidus) bathroom of the ancient Roman baths which gives you a feeling of health and well-being. Since the room temperature is close to the average body temperature, you can stay in Tepidarium longer. The warmth produces a type of "healthy" fever that strengthens the immune system without affecting the circulation.
