Sauna


Regularly going to the sauna is an ideal anti-stress programme that also acts as a detoxifier and purifier for the body. The combination of warm and cold stimulates the body's functions, in particular the circulation. The sauna also mobilizes the body's own self-defense system, stimulates the heart and positively effects blood pressure.

Sauna:

- Wooden cabin
- Normally with electric heating
- Temperatures: 80-100°C
- Room climate: dry
- Cleanses and purifies the skin
- Stimulates the circulation and the body&rsquos own self-defense system
- Recommended time of use: 15-20 min. (warm-up), 20-30 min. (relax), 2-3 x each, 1 x per week
