Bäder sind zu einem elementaren Bestandteil der Wellnesskultur geworden. Meist ist es die Entspannung über die Wärme und das Getragenwerden vom Wasser, veredelt mit ätherischen Düften, das die Seele so verwöhnt.

The entire bathing experience can be enhanced with essential oils (e.g., rosemary) and temperature changes, up to 36 degrees Celsius and it has an energizing effect, and as of 38 degrees it has a relaxing effect. Baths last approx. 20 minutes and are ideal for relieving muscle aches and tension and opening the pores.  

Baths are usually followed by a quick spray down with cooling water.The addition of essential oils or substances, such as almond milk extract, gives the bath a final touch. Over the years, more and more new types of baths have been designed to promote well-being.  

It is recommended that a bath treatment be followed by quiet, resting time to let your body recuperate. A massage would be even better to top of your bathing experience, especially since your muscles will already be relaxed and ready to go.One typical Alpine bath is a hay bath.
