Take time every day for the beauty that lies within you.
How you start your day will influence your mood, productivity and aura. That is why the early morning is the best time for doing something good for yourself and your wellbeing. A good day starts with a good morning. When you have a good day and feel absolutely well, you will also feel absolutely beautiful.

Take your time!

We all know it too well: The alarm clock’s ringing successfully ignored, we wake up suddenly, notice the time, and now everything has to be done in a real hurry.
Out of bed, into your clothes, in and out of the bathroom, maybe a gulp of coffee in between, and out of the house as fast as possible.
For the sake of your wellbeing, such a start to the day should be avoided. The stress that you suffer in the morning will affect your whole day.
So take your time. Time to wake up. Time to stretch yourself. Time for a good morning wash. Time to choose what to wear. Time to have breakfast.
Even if every minute of sleep is precious in the morning, set your alarm clock half or a quarter of an hour earlier. The time you gain this way should be used for waking up in a gentle manner, thinking of something beautiful and giving yourself a really good stretch: lifting your legs and cycling in the air makes you fit for getting up. Day by day, the goal is therefore to revive your spirits, to feel good in your body and have a really nice day.
